Madden NFL 21 started this past year, but a new version of the game just came out. The American football game is now on Google Stadia--the initial EA Sports title to release on the streaming platform--and to celebrate the occasion you'll be able to play it at no cost from today through February 1st. Only Stadia Pro subscribers are privy to the free weekend.
Fortunately, there's a workaround. If you are not a Stadia Pro subscriber you can sign up to get a totally free free trial. You don't require a Stadia control or Chromecast Ultra, either (unless you want to play on your TV). You are able to use several different gamepads and play on your computer, notebook or iOS and Android devices.
Granted, games like Madden NFL 21 are played on a huge screen, so this free weekend is definitely better if you currently have the entire Stadia setup.
